Setting the example you want your employees to adopt can be accomplished by having strong values and strong work ethic. Be passionate about what you are trying to accomplish. You want to believe what you are selling. Ensure that you have a strategy for your company. Set yourself a goal of what you want your business to become and where you want it to be in the foreseeable future and do everything you can to accomplish that.
